  • ​1 to 1 Skills: Learn how to run efficient and productive 1 to 1 meetings.

  • ​Giving & Receiving Feedback: position feedback in a way that clarifies expectations and helps team members know where they stand as well as areas of improvement in a manner that compels them to take action.

  • ​Coaching & Counseling Skills: Learn how to help build an individual's personal skills, like attaining goals, communication, decision-making and problem-solving.

​Day 3

  • ​Integrity: its effects on Team members and customers

  • Working across Boundaries: Learn how cultural and behavioral differences can have an impact on a team and the difficulties that they may encounter and how to go about them.

  • ​Leading Change: Many emotions are disturbed during a change process. Hence a plan is critical. Learn how to identify, plan, communicate and facilitate change.

  • ​Field Training: Best Practices; Field Management Assessment which will provide the objective and constructive feedback necessary for growth.

​Day 4

  • ​Recruiting & Selecting: Identify the key characteristics of your Ideal Candidate and learn how you will go about screening the candidates for the position.

  • ​Talent Development: using a Talent Assessment Form to assess potential and determine what are the development needs for each team member.
